1. How long are shipping times?
Your items will typically ship within two days of us processing your order, with our in-inhouse "Original Design" made to order range taking up to five days average, and then, typically, up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Please be aware that production time, quality assurance & shipping times may be subject to delays due to COVID-19. rest assurance; we will be with you every step of the way and please message us if you wish any updates on the status of your order.
2. What's your return policy?
You may open a return request with us within 14 days of receiving your items. For full information visit our Returns page
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are usually possible within 24 hours after purchase. Although sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if you receive the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we will work to resolve your issue to your desired outcome. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
